Astronomiser stock brand new astronomy modified Canon 350D dSLR camera kits and second hand dSLR camera kits.
Astronomiser make serial control cables used to operate your Canon Camera from your PC using software such as DSLR Focus. We also stock modified N3 remotes and can modify N3 remotes allowing them to be used with the 300D/ 350D and 400D models or alternatively, use the N3 connector in conjunction with the standard serial control cables to control 10D, 20D, 30D and 40D cameras.
We can modify your Canon or Nikon camera to increase it's sensitivity to include the Hydrogen alpha band. This is done by replacing the original IR blocking and antialiasing filter with a Baader IR and UV blocking filter.

Astronomiser sell modified SPC900NCs, modified to SC1 or SC1 black and white long exposure cameras. These make great planet cams, guide cameras, introductory long exposure deep sky cameras.
We provide a modification service for these and a lot of other webcam mods including air-cooling and amp-off.
Also we stock a small number of 'pre-modified' second hand webcams.
Astronomiser stock a large range of cables and adapters for webcams including a parallel or serial to USB converters to give a USB only solution and to fit the camera to your telescope.

CCD cameras...
SALE - astronomiser is having an end of line sale on astronomiser CCD cameras. All prices have been reduced by at least 25%.
These cameras are available in either serial or parallel vesions. The serial versions are supplied with a serial to USB converter and when used with a USB hub, allow you to run a single USB line to your PC or laptop.
Four different models are available, the ASTSC15C, a one-shot colour introductory CCD camera with amp-off and air cooling, the ASTSC15BW, a B&W version of this, the ASTSC3C, similar to the ASTSC15C but with a larger sensor, and the ASTSC3 a black and white version of this and the flagship of the range.
