Astronomiser will accept orders from within the EU by any of the following methods:
Please add items to the cart and then use the checkout button when you are finished. Our payment system is operated by PayPal and can accept payment by any major Credit or Debit Card and also by PayPal.
If you wish to pay by cheque, please let me know by email in advance of sending your camera. Cheques can only be accepted in GBP made out to Andy Ellis sent along with your camera to the address on our contact page. As a minimum you should include the following:
- Contact telephone number and/ or email address
- A complete description of the work you would like carried out including the product code and price
We are unable to accept camera modification work from outside of the EU.
If you place your order using our online payments system, then an email is automatically generated. This will detail your order and the payment you have made. If you do not receive an email but believe that you have made a payment, please contact us and we will confirm that your order has been placed and payment taken. Please see our contact page for full contact information.
Astronomiser reserves the right to refuse any order.
When the work is completed on your camera, I will send you an email confirming despatch of your camera.
For cameras despatched to addresses in the UK, I will use the Royal Mail Special Delivery service and unless otherwise stated, your camera will arrive by 1pm on the following working day. A signature will be required in receipt.
For cameras despatched to the European Union, I will use the Royal Mail's International Tracked and Signed service. Delivery time can vary between destinations, but is usually between three and ten working days. A signature will be required on receipt.
