Payment Methods.

Astronomiser will accept orders from within the EU by any of the following methods:

Online.

Please add items to the cart and then use the checkout button when you are finished. Our payment system is operated by PayPal and can accept payment by any major Credit or Debit Card and also by PayPal.

By Post.

If you wish to order by post, then please send a cheque in GBP made out to Andy Ellis to the address on our contact page. As a minimum you should include the following:

• Name
• Address
• Contact telephone number and/ or email address
• A complete list of the products you are ordering including the description of the product, the products code and price

Please note, you should add postage to the total amount of your order at the following rates:

• For orders totalling under £10, please add £2.50.
• For orders totalling between £10 and £25, please add £3.70.
• For orders over £25, please add £5.
• Orders over £80 are postage free.

We are unable to accept camera modification work from outside of the EU.

Order Confirmation.

If you place your order using our online payments system, then an email is automatically generated. This will detail your order and the payment you have made. If you do not receive an email but believe that you have made a payment, please contact us and we will confirm that your order has been placed and payment taken. Please see our contact page for full contact information.

Astronomiser reserves the right to refuse any order.

Despatch and Postal Services.

If you have ordered online, then we will confirm despatch of goods to the email address you have supplied to our payments system. Please ensure that the email address you have used is correct.

Goods are normally despatched within 7 working days of the placement of your order. Any delay beyond this will be detailed to you either by telephone or email. The majority of orders are despatched within 72 hours. Some items for sale on our website may have specific delays - these will be detailed in the item's description and are an exception to the above.

Goods shipped to UK addresses:

For items valued at under £100, we will use Royal Mail 1st Class. Items sent by this method will normally arrive within 2 to 3 days.

For items over £100, we will use Royal Mail Special Delivery. Items sent by this method are guaranteed to arrive the next working day before 1pm and will be fully insured. You must ensure that you are available to sign for goods delivered by this method.

For items over 2Kg in weight, we will use a courier service. Service levels vary but we will generally use a 48hr service where available and will fully insure your items, again subject to the availability of an appropriate service.

Goods shipped to EU addresses:

For items valued at under £100, we will use Royal Mail Airmail. Items sent by this method will normally arrive within 10 working days.

For items over £100, we will use the Royal Mail’s International Signed For service. Items sent by this method require a signature on receipt and will be fully insured. Delivery times vary, but it is expected that items will arrive within 10 working days.

For items over 2Kg in weight, we will use a courier service. Service levels vary but we will generally use a 48hr service where available and will fully insure your items, again subject to the availability of an appropriate service.
